See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 pk Pillsbury Pie Crusts (15 oz) 1 t Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs 1/2 t Ground ginger
1 cn LIBBY'S Solid Pack Pumpkin 1/4 t Ground cloves
-(16 oz) 1 cn UNDILUTED CARNATION
3/4 c Granulated sugar -Evaporated Milk (12 oz)
1/2 t Salt
PREPARE pie crust according to package directions for FILLED
ONE-CRUST PIE using 9" (4-cup volume) pie pan. Twist edge as shown.
Preheat oven to 425'F.
BEAT eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in
order given. Pour into pie crust.
BAKE for 15 minutes at 425'F. Reduce temperature to 350'F.; bake for
40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
* Trim dough even with outside edge of pan, brush edge of crust with
egg white. Cut six 1/4" wide strips from remaining dough. Twist two
strips together and place along edge of crust, pressing lightly to
secure.
NOTE: Is using a metal of foil pan, bake on preheated HEAVY-DUTY
baking sheet.
