Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Onion, small minced
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1 tb Olive oil
2 c Tomato sauce
1/4 ts Sugar
1 ts Tabasco sauce
In skillet heat oil. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is
tender. Add tomato sauce, sugar, tobasco sauce and salt to taste.
Simmer about 10 minutes. Set aside. See Chilies Rellenos. Makes
enough for 1 standard size recipe Chilies Rellenos.
