Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 tb Orange-Pekoe tea 2 qt Boiling water
4 Whole cloves Sugar, honey or strawberry
1/2 c Sweet cider -jam
1/2 ts Red food coloring
Steep tea, cloves, cider, food coloring in the boiling water for 10
minutes. Strain all the bits out and sweeten with sugar, honey, or jam.
