Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Onions, diced 1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Green pepper,diced Fresh ground
2 1/2 ts Jalapeno pepper 1 ts Cumin
1 ts Garlic, minced 1 c Ketchup
2 tb Olive oil 1 c Tomatoes, diced
1 lb Ground prime beef 6 Burger buns
1/4 ts Salt Toasted lightly
Saute the onions, green pepper, jalapeno, and garlic in oil until the
onions are translucent. Add the beef and cook, stirring all the time to
season evenly. Add the ketchup and tomatoes and cook, uncovered, over low
heat until reduced to a thick sauce. Serve on toasted buns.
