Main Ingredients:
2 cups Chianti
2 cups sugar
6 to
7 thin slices lemon
2 pt. ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix wine with the sugar and lemon slices. Stir in the strawberries. Chill. Serve.
NOTE: If the strawberries are very ripe and sweet you may not need so much sugar.
