Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Sugar 1 tb Butter
1 tb Cornstarch 1 c Boiling Water
1/4 ts Salt 1/4 c Brandy
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add butter and boiling water. Mix
well and cook together 6 mins or until clear. Add brandy after you
remove saucepan from heat. Serve warm over cake or pudding. Makes 8
to 10 servings.
