Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/3 c Butter Or Margarine -- 1 3/4 c (12 Oz) MMs Semi-Sweet
Melted Chocolate Baking Bits
2 c Chocolate Cookie Crumbs 1 c Shredded Coconut
(Oreos Work Fine) 1 c Walnuts Or Pecans --
1 cn (14 Oz) Sweetened Condensed Chopped
Milk

Preheat oven to 350 F (325 F for glass pan).
In a bowl combine butter and cookie crumbs; press mixture into the
bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk
evenly over the cookie crumbs. Combine the baking bits, coconut and
nuts. Sprinkle mixture evenly over condensed milk; press in lightly.
Bake 25 to 30 mins or until set. Cool completely before cutting.
Store in tightly covered container. Makes 32 bars.
