Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Lightly warmed duck
-demi-glace
1 tb Hoisin sauce
2 ts Rice wine vinegar
1 ts Soy sauce
2 ts Finely minced green onions,
-green part only
Combine demi-glace, hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and green onion
in small work bowl and whisk until smooth.
