1 1/2 tb Hot soy paste
1 1/2 tb Sweet soy paste OR hoisin
Sauce
OR hoisin sauce
1 1/2 ts Rice wine
1 1/2 tb Nuoc Mam sauce -- optional
1 ts Finely chopped garlic
1 tb Chili oil
1 ts Sugar
Salt
1 c Chicken stock
1 Green onion -- shredded
1 Red chili peppers
(fresh, shredded, or dried,
Crumbled)
2 ts Cornstarch mixed with a
Little water

pn Five-spice powder
1/2 ts Finely chopped ginger root
1/2 ts Finely chopped garlic
1/2 ts Hot soy paste
1 Oven-ready duck -- about 4-4
1/2 Pounds
1/2 c Hot water
3 tb Wine vinegar
1 1/2 tb Sugar
