1/3 c Nonfat plain yogurt 1 tb Finely chopped celery
1 tb Nonfat mayonnaise 2 ts Finely chopped shallot
1 tb Finely chopped sweet red 2 ts Minced fresh tarragon
-pepper -- OR --
1 tb Finely chopped yellow 1/2 ts Dried tarragon
-pepper
Prep Time: 8 min.
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill in
the refrigerator until serving time.
Makes 2/3 cup or 5 servings.
