Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Hot mashed potatoes -sugar
2 tb Butter 1 ea - 8oz package of choclate
1 c Shredded coconut -chips
1 ts Vanilla 1/8 ea Cake paraffin
3 ea - 1 lb boxes confectioner's

combine potatoes and butter. Stir in coconut and vanilla. Add sugar
gradually, mixing well after each addition. Form into egg shapes,
using 1 tbps mixture for each egg. Place on waxed paper. Let harden
for 1-3 days. Melt chocolate over hot water, dip eggs into chocoalte,
using 2 spoons. Place on waxed paper to harden. Chopped nuts,
candied fruits, or peanut butter may be used instead of coconut.
