1 c Mayonnaise 1 T Horseradish
1/4 c Capers * 1 T White Vinegar
1/4 c Dairy Sour Cream 1/2 t Sugar
1 T Dijon-Style Mustard
* Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for Capers.

~----------------- Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard,
horseradish, vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Serve with Beef With Caper
Sauce or with any roast beef.
