Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Butter 1/8 ts Pepper
3 1/2 oz Pkg. dried beef 3 tb Milk
6 Eggs, slightly beaten 3 oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces.
Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs with
pepper, milk, and cream cheese. Pour into skillet and slowly cook until cheese
is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
