Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/4 c Milk, chilled 2 tb Sugar
1 Egg pn Ground nutmeg - to decorate
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender at high speed until
frothy. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
