Main Ingredients:
1 c. raisins
1 c. prunes
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. Sweet and Low (42 pks.)
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Cook raisins and prunes in 1 cup of water. Let cool. Beat eggs and applesauce. Combine all other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in sheet pan.
