1 lb fresh or frozen fish fillets1/4 cup chopped bacon or salt pork1/2 cup chopped onion1 lb can tomatoes, chopped1 cup chopped potatoes1/2 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup catsup 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Fry bacon or salt pork till crisp. Remove all but 2 tb. fat. Sauteonion till tender.Add everything but fish. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes tillveggies are done. Add fish and simmer covered for 10 more minutes.
