Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ea flounder, 3 or 4 lb
1 salt pepper to taste
8 ea bacon slices
4 tb prepared mustard
1 parchment
1 greased brown paper

Brush a scaled, cleaned flounder with prepared mustard. Sprinkle with salt
and pepper; wrap in bacon slices. Wrap in paper and skewer tight. Put into
baking dish or pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F. Open paper; bake 10
minutes more, or until tender and flaky. Serve on paper. Recipe date:
