1/4 lb Bay scallops 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1 T Chopped celery 1 T Chopped onion
-salt and pepper 3 T Melted margarine
1 lb Flounder fillets
Mix together scallops, bread crumbs, celery, onion, seasonings and 2
tbs melted margarine. Place half of fillets, skin down in oiled
baking dish. Cover with scallop mixture. Top with remaining fillets,
skin side up. Drizzle with 1 melted tbs melted margarine. bake in 450
degree oven 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish and stuffing or
until fish flakes easily.
