Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 1/2 lb Boneless Foster Farms
-chicken breasts, skinned
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 cn La Victoria Thick 'n Chunky
-Salsa, medium (16 oz)
1/3 c Water
1 cn Calavo Avocado Guacamole,
-lite/mild/spicy/zesty
-(8 oz)
Sour cream
Fresh cilantro

In a large pan, brown Foster Farms chicken pieces in hot oil for 5
minutes; drain off fat. Add 12 ounces of the La Victoria Salsa and
water. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

To serve: remove Foster Farms chicken to plate. Spoon on remaining La
Victoria salsa; add a layer of sour cream, and top with Calavo Avocado
Guacamole.
