French cherry dessert

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 Egg whites 1/2 c Finely chopped pecans
1 c Sugar 8 oz Cream cheese, room temp.
20 Soda crackers 1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar
1 ts Baking powder 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Vinegar 2 oz Dream Whip
1 ts Vanilla 1 cn Cherry pie filling

Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar and beat stiff. Crush
crackers and combine with baking powder. Fold into egg white
mixture; then fold in vinegar and 1 tsp. vanilla and pecans. Spoon
into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20
minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Prepare Dream
Whip and fold into cheese mixture. Spread over cooled egg white
mixture. Spoon cherry pie filling over cheese mixture. Chill
overnight. I use another half can of cherry pie filling in this
