1 lb Spinach 3 Eggs, slightly beate
1/2 lb Green beans 1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 lb Walnuts 2 ts Salt
1 lg Onion, quartered 1/4 ts Pepper
2 Carrots, cut into pieces 1/4 ts Paprika
1 Stalk celery, cut in pieces 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 c Soft bread crumbs 1/2 c Crushed potato chips
1 c Baked beans ( 15 1/2 oz ) 1/2 c Water
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a shallow baking pan. Wash green
vegetabl put through food grinder or chop together with nuts, onion,
carrots, celery and crumbs; mash beans and blend into vegetable
mixture. Add e oil and seasonings; blend well. Shape into and 8"
loaf; place in baki pan. Sprinkle with potato chip crumbs. Bake 1
hour or until loaf is firm, adding 1/2 cup water by tablespoon while
loaf is cooking.
