Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Heavy cream
1 c Prepared horseradish
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Minced parsley
1 tb Chopped pimiento
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in other ingredients. Place in
freezer and freeze, stirring once during process. Serve with baked
fish or ham.
