Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lg Can of diced pineapples in 1 ea Crushed ice as you wish (I
Their own juice Like 3or4cups)
1 c Finely sliced strawberries
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4
minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day
substituting all different types of fruit. Try it first thing in the
morning, it is a great pick - me - up!!
