1 c Long grain rice 1 1/2 ts Dried orange rind
1/2 c Finely chopped apricots 1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 c Raisins -RICE:
1/4 c Slivered almonds 2 1/2 c Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube, 2 tb Butter
-crumbled 1 pk Rice mix
2 ts Parsley flakes
Mix; Combine and store in an airtight container.
Fruited Rice:
Bring water nad butter to a boil. Add rice mix. Reduce heat; cover and
simmer 2-25 minutes until rice is tender and water is absorbed. 6
servings.
