Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Broth
1 1/2 c Water
3 tb Corn starch
6 ea Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/3 c Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together corn starch and sugar, then add the broth, soy sauce, and
water to make a gravy. Stir well, add the garlic. Heat over low flame
until thickened. GARLIC SAUCE
