Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Rice, regular; cooked, cold
1 c Pineapple, cubed
1 c Marshmallows, miniature
1 c Apple, chopped
1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Cream, whipping; whipped
Strawberries, fresh; opt.
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream and strawberries. Mix
well; chill thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream before serving.
Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
