Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 Slices pumpernickel bread
1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
4 Slices Swiss cheese
4 tb Drained sauerkraut
1/4 lb Cooked or canned corned beef
Butter or margarine
Spread half of bread slices with dressing. Top each with cheese,
sauerkraut, corned beef and bread slice. Butter top and bottom of
bread.
