Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 15 oz. Bone-In Ham Steaks 1/2 ts Mustard
(pre-cooked) Water
1/4 c Brown Sugar
Gash the sides of the ham, then place in a shallow baking dish. Mix
brown sugar, mustard and a bit of water together for spreading
consistency. Spread on surface of ham and bake for 30 minutes at 325
degrees.
