Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Ground beef 1 c Carrots -- sliced
1 c Onion -- chopped 1 c Celery -- sliced
3 c Beef broth 1 c Potatoes -- cubed peeled
1 cn Tomatoes -- 28 oz w/liquid 2 ea Bay leaves
Cut u 1 ts Salt

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown ground beef: drain. Add
onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients: bring to a
boil. Reduce heat: cover and simmer until vegetables are tender,
about 45-60 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings (2-1/2 quarts)
