3 lb Potatoes; peeled quartered 1 tb Dill; chopped
1/4 c Margarine 1 ts Salt
3/4 c Green onions; sliced 1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Basil; chopped 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 tb Chives; chopped 1/2 c Milk
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes 20 to 25 minutes
or until tender. Drain in colander. Add margarine and green onions
to cooking pot; cook over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in basil,
chives, dill, salt and pepper. Return drained potatoes to pot over
low heat. Add cheddar cheese and milk. Mash with potato masher.
