2 cn (14oz) artichoke hearts, 1 t Lemon juice
-drained and chopped 1/4 t Garlic powder
1 c Kraft farfree mayonnaise or 1 ds Tabasco
-Miracle Whip 1 c Nonfat mozzarella cheese,
1/2 c Allpine Lace fatfree -grated
-Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, stir al of the ingredients together. Spoon into a
casserole dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
Bake at 350F 15-20 minutes. Serve with fatfree saltine crackers as a
spread. Per 1/4 cup serving: 52 cal., 0.1g fat (2%), 0mg chol., 1g
