Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Whole coriander seeds 2 c 3" cinnamon sticks
2 c Whole allspice 1 c Dried lemon grass and
1 c Whole cloves -stalks (opt)
1/2 c Whole anise seeds 1 c Dried orange peel
1 c Dried mint 1 c Whole star anise (opt)
Mix together all the ingredients. Keep in a tightly sealed container.
