Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 ea Eggs 1/3 t Lemon extract
1 1/3 c Evaporated milk 1/4 t Instant coffee
1/2 t Chocolate syrup 1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 T Pure vanilla extract 1 3/4 c Irish whiskey
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow
in refrigerator at least one week before serving. this has been found
to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in refrigerator. Liqueur at room
temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
