See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 c Soy sauce 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Ketchup 1/4 c Sugar
3 tb Brown sugar 4 lb Spareribs
2 ts Dry ginger
Mix soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and ginger together and let stand
overnight in fridge. Rub spareribs on both sides with the mixture of
salt and sugar. Let stand about 2 hors. Brush with the chilled sauce
and let stand at least another hour. Grill well on both sides,
brushing well with sauce.
