8 oz Sprial pasta, cooked in 1/2 c Red wine vinegar
-unsalted water and drained 1 ea Tb sugar
2 md Tomatoes, cut in wedges **OR**
2 c Broccoli florets, blanched 1 1/2 ea Pk Sweet 'n Low
1/2 c Black beans, rinsed and 1 t Minced garlic
-drained 1 t Italian seasoning
1/4 c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or 1/8 t Ground black pepper
-Miracle Whip
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, broccoli and black
beans. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic,
Italian seasoning and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
Cover and chill 2 hours. Per sugar serving: 68 cal., 0.4g fat (5%),
