Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Olive oil
2 lb Ground chuck or turkey
1 lg Onion -- chop
1 tb Garlic -- mince
32 oz Tomato sauce
1 lg Can tomato paste
1 c Dried parsley
1/2 ts Oregano
Brown meat, onions and garlic in olive oil. Drain and
add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce
heat and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Source: Live with Regis
