6 cardamon pods
1 1/2 t fennel seeds
3 c milk
1 sugar (or honey),To Taste
Combine the water, tea, cardamon, and fennel seeds in a large
saucepan and simmer over low heat for 3 min. add the milk and 2 min.
later, strain the tea into cups.Add sugar/honey.
