Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/4 lb turkey,Ground
1 cn (15-16 oz) black beans
1 rinsed ,Drained
1 cn (16oz) kidney beans,rinsed
1 ,Drained
1 cn (14 1/2 oz) mexican-style
1 stewed tomatoes
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
1/2 c beef stock (or broth)
2 T chili powder
1 sm red bell pepper,diced
1 sm onion,chopped
1 jalapeno (or serrano pepper)
1 minced
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper,Freshly Ground
Place ground turkey in the pressure cooker, break into chunks with a
spoon. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and bring
up to high pressure. Reduce heat to stabilize pressure and cook 5
minutes. Release pressure.
