See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 c Water 1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 lb Boneless chicken breast, cut 1/2 c Fresh orange juice
-into 1 inch strips 2 tb Sugar
SAUCE 2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Peanut oil 5 ts Cornstarch, mixed with 1
2 ts Finely chopped fresh ginger -tbsp water
4 Garlic cloves, minced 1 tb Sesame oil
1 tb Grated lemon peel 2 tb Thinly sliced green onions
1 tb Grated orange peel -(garnish)
In a medium saucepan heat water until boiling; immerse chicken pieces
for 2 minutes; remove chicken; keep warm. Heat oil in wok over
medium heat; add ginger and garlic; stir fry 30 seconds. Add
remaining sauce ingredients; bring to a boil; simmer for 1-2 minutes
or until thickened. Add chicken pieces; cook 3 more minutes or until
chicken is cooked throough. Sprinkle with green onions and serve at
once. Makes 4 servings.
