2 tb Margarine -- or butter
4 Eggs
1 tb Sugar
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Milk
1 ds Ground nutmeg
1 Lemon -- juice only
2 tb Powdered sugar
1. Put margarine into a 10-inch heavy skillet and place in a preheated
400-degree oven. 2. Whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, flour,
milk and nutmeg. Pour into hot skillet and return to oven. Bake for
12-15 minutes. 3. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice
and powdered sugar. Serve at once.
