See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 ea Salmon steaks 1 tb Olive oil
1 ts Grated lime zest 1 ts Jalapeno, minced
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
--------------------TOMATO AVACADO SALSA-------------------------
1 ea Tomato, diced 1/4 c Red onion, minced
1 ea Ripe avocado, peeled diced 1 ts Jalapeno, minced
2 tb Fresh lime juice 2 tb Cilantro, chopped
Marinate salmon steaks in remaining ingredients in shallow glass bowl
at room temperature for 30min, or in the refrigerator for 1hr. Prepare
barbecue and oil grill. Remove steaks to grill, reserving marinade,
and grill over medium heat for approx. 10 min. or until salmon flakes
easily when tested with a fork, turning once and basting with
marinade halfway through cooking time. (follow same method to broil
in oven on well-oiled broiling pan.)

Combine all ingredients just before serving with barbecued or broiled
