Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 c Tightly packed chopped fresh 2 cn (14 1/2oz) unsalted whole
Kale Tomatoes, undrained,
1 c Chopped onion Chopped
1 ts Garlic powder 1 cn (15oz) chick peas,
1 ts Onion powder Undrained
3 cn (16oz) red kidney beans, 1 cn (13 3/4oz) no salt chicken
Undrained Broth

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover;
reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Serving size: 1 cup

Per serving: 210 cal., 12.9 g protein, 1.3g (6%) fat, 38.6 g carb.,
4.9 g fiber, 0 mg chol., 4.3 mg iron, 438 mg sodium, 102 mg calcium.
