Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Butter 1/2 c Lemon Juice
2 tb Worcestershire Sauce 1 ea Sm. Clove Garlic, Minced
3/4 ts Black Pepper 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
2 ea Drops Tabasco 1 x Salt To Taste
Combine all ingredients, heat until butter melts. Broiler juices may be
added. Serve with Steak Salt.
