See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
Vegetable cooking spray 1 tb Chablis or other dry white
8 ea 4-oz orange roughy fillets -wine
-(or other lean white fish) 1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Low-salt reduced calorie 1/2 ts Dried whole dillweed
-mayonnaise 1/2 ts Curry powder
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Coat a broiling rack with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow
baking pan; arrange fillets on rack.
Combine remaining ingredients; spread over fillets. Bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a
fork. Yield: 8 servings.
