Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Cleaned shredded cabbage
1/4 c Fresh parsley sprigs
1/3 c Shredded carrots
1/2 c Green bell pepper, sliced
1/4-inch strips
1/4 c Scallions, sliced 1/8" thick
1 tb Diced red bell peppers or
Pimentos, drained
--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/2 c Water
1/3 c Dill pickle juice
1/4 c White vinegar
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
Whisk together all dressing ingredients and pour over prepared
vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate. Serves 10.
