Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Fine cracker crumbs 1 pt Sea scallops
1/2 c Soft bread crumbs Onion salt, pepper
1/2 c Melted butter or margarine 1 c Heavy cream
Mix crumbs with butter. Arrange alternate layers of scallops,
seasoned with onion salt, pepper, and crumbs in baking dish. Pour
cream over mixture. Bake in moderate oven (350F) for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
