Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

5 lb Potatoes (about 9 large)
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Sour cream
2 ts Onion salt
1 ts Salt
1 ds Freshly ground pepper
2 tb Butter
Green onions, chopped
(optional)

Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Mash with remaining ingredients
until smooth. Cool; cover and place in refrigerator. Use any time
within 2 weeks.

When ready to use, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in
greased casserole; dot with butter and bake for about 30 minutes
until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
