Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Maple sirup 1/4 c Chopped pecan meats
1 Egg yolk, well beaten 1 pt Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 c Heavy cream, whipped Candied pineapple
Cook maple sirup with egg yolk in top of double boiler until slightly
thickened. Remove, chill and add to whipped cream. Stir in nut meats.
Fill parfait glasses with alteernate layers of maple mixture and ice
cream. Top with pieces of pineapple.
