Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
7 3/4 oz Can salmon 2 tb Chopped onion
2 Eggs 1/2 ts Basil *
1/2 c Milk 1 9" pie shell
1/2 c Cheddar cheese
* Tarragon or oregino may be sustituted
Bake pie shell for 10 minutes at 375oF (It will not be brown).
Sprinkle onion, cheese and flaked salmon on bottom of the pie shell.
Mix milk, eggs and seasoning; pour over the ingredients in the pie
shell. Bake at 375oF for 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before
