1/3 c White wine or cider vinegar 8 oz Pkg mushrooms, halved
3 ea Tb oil 1/4 c Thinly sliced green onion
1 t Sugar 1 ea Green pepper, cut in 1"
1 t Dried basil leaves -pieces
1/2 t Salt 1 ea Red bell pepper, cut in 1"
1/8 t Garlic powder -pieces
In nonmetal container or ziploc bag, combine vinegar, oil, sugar,
basil, salt, and garlic powder; mix well. Add mushrooms and peppers;
stir or shake gently to coat. Seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour to
blend flavors. Stir before serving. Per 1/4 cup serving: 25 cal, 1g
pro, 2g carb, 0g fiber, 2g fat, 5mg sodium, 95mg potassium, 1.2 fat
